Once a decision had been made to move from the West Cost to the East Coast, and we had selected the state of North Carolina, our next decision was to select a real estate agent. Naturally, we had to find someone who we could totally rely on to find a home to meet our needs.
Our first selection was not cooperative, and did not provide any useful information as to area, type home, etc.… We found Betty Hudson, who although was miles away, kept in touch, relied on the computer to send us listings of homes, explained areas that would be of interest to us, and the areas where we would not be happy.
We had to make two trips and Betty was very helpful in spending the entire time looking at houses. Although we were not successful the first trip, Betty was determined the second trip to find a house for us. She followed through with all the necessary steps to make the closing as smooth as possible.
Re-locating is quite stressful, however, with a good agent, the anxiety can be lessened. I would without hesitation, recommend Betty to anyone – especially to someone long distance, as she will provide you with the best service possible.
