Kim & Company was absolutely fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and wonderful people! Every step was communicated and set up for us. Buying a house from out of state and not being able to be there was not a problem for Kim. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy in the Florida Panhandle area. Update: We went back to Kim & Company when we decided that Florida was not for us. Again, we were not disappointed! She gave us pointers on what needed to be updated to get ready for a sale. She explained why we should list at this price even though another property similar to ours was listed at a higher price. She gave us a time frame that she thought our property would sell at, and when we had everything ready to go, it sold within a day and a half. Once again, Kim, Cynthia, and Elayna were ready with any and all problems and solutions. I highly recommend them as one of the best realty agent/office in the area. You will not be disappointed.

From the first day we started talking, I could tell we both had common interests and goals. Kim met with us numerous times prior to actually placing the house on the market. She gave us valuable insight and information to consider when prepping the house for sale. She was patient with us and very upbeat in a way that made us feel comfortable and able to trust her. Kim’s photographic skills were expansive. Though the spaces were cottage sized, she was able to fully capture the property in her photos, showcasing the charming house that it was.
